- Use twice a day for quick pain relief – first squeeze a small amount of toothpaste onto the clean tip of your finger and gently massage the sensitive tooth neck for 1 minute.
- Use a pea-sized toothpaste twice a day to clean your teeth. Children from 12 years unless the dentist orders otherwise.
